Dialogue Though Debate Project – exchanging good practices in supporting youth debate programs with Rwanda and Uganda.  Funding from European commission youth education and culture. The project aims at facilitating the exchange good practice and experience in promotion of youth debate programs between four youth organizations from Lithuania, Netherlands, Rwanda and Uganda. The project focuses on knowledge and methodology transfer with emphasis on spearheading independent youth debate programs in Rwanda and Uganda. The goals of the Project include: establishing closer links between partner organizations in order to exchange good practice; promotion of innovative methods of youth work in Rwanda and Uganda, development of skills of direct beneficiaries of the Project through intensive training component and having a positive impact on the local communities by engaging them in participation and discussion of the most important issues affecting their lives.(www.idebate.org/dtd).
